Overview
We are looking for an IT Security Engineer with 4+ years of experience to manage the organization's IT security, compliance, and infrastructure while serving as the primary customer-facing representative at the client site. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure IT environment, resolve security incidents, maintain compliance, and support day-to-day IT operations across Azure and AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary on-site IT Security representative for the client and manage stakeholder interactions.
- Manage and secure the organization's IT infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
- Configure and manage Firewalls, VPNs, Endpoint Security, and user access controls.
- Handle security incidents, escalations, vulnerability remediation, and incident resolution.
- Provision and deprovision user accounts, configure new systems,
and manage IT assets and inventory.
- Implement and support IT security solutions and product deployments.
- Monitor compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
- Conduct employee awareness sessions on IT Security, Security Breaches, Whistle-blower Policy, and Incident Reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of IT security and infrastructure issues.
Required Skills
- 4+ years
of experience in IT Security, Infrastructure, Network security and Security Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with
Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Security, Incident Management, and IT Infrastructure.
- Experience with
Azure
(IT Infrastructure) and
AWS
(Cloud applications/products).
- Strong knowledge of
Identity & Access Management, User Administration, Asset Management, and IT Security Policies
