In this role, you will be responsible for developing and selling integrated communications strategy based on brand understanding, consumer insights and market/media dynamics

In Three Months
In this role, your goals will be:
Get a complete handle on the client structure,
media planning requirements of assigned clients
Built a working relationship with key internal stakeholders, brand managers and media managers at client end
- Familiarize completely with the media planning process and delivery structure
In Six Months
To be recognized as the reliable, independent and integrated media planning and go-to face for the key stake-holders at the client
Built a robust relationship with the client and all internal stake holders
Worked on and delivered at least 2 key showcase award worthy projects
In 12 Months
Supervised a market shaping AOP process for the clients
Worked on 2 Cut through, award winning and business defining projects for the clients
Worked on award entries along with the extended team members
Ensured delivery of a culture of seamless and high-quality execution resulting in high client satisfaction
Create a positive vibe within the team
