We are looking for a smart, curious, and high-ownership generalist to work closely with the founder across product, operations, growth, hiring, research, and other high-priority initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and is passionate about startups, technology, and building things. Prior experience is not essential; attitude, intelligence, and execution ability matter more.
What You’ll Do
- Support the founder on cross-functional projects
- Conduct research and turn insights into action
- Use AI tools to improve workflows and solve problems
- Help execute new ideas from concept to completion
- Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of operational bottlenecks
What We’re Looking For
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Good understanding of modern AI tools
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Willing to relocate to Bengaluru
