Job Description :-
- TMT Rebar Mill of 0.2 MTPA
- 4 X 8 mm Slit Mill Green Field Project
- 100 KL per hour ETP & STP Plant by Hyper Filtration Green Field Project.
- Project Management & Erection & Commissioning(Rolling mill -long product).
- *Rolling mill Conceptual, configurations, product mix and finalization with basic and detailed engineering.
- Commissioning of mills consisting of Horizontal Vertical configuration continuous mill having cooling bed with high-speed rotary drum, braking slide and twin channel.
- Coordination with site erection activities with site engineers.
- Trouble shooting problems during commissioning.
- Immediate solution to run the mill during commissioning.
- Incorporate in drawings design related problems in future projects.
- Responsible for installation and commencing of a recent rolling Mill comprising of HOT ROLLING(20),, Project Management, Execution, Design, Sourcing of Equipments, Operation, Q.C, Logistics .Managing of multiple Production facilities as well as execution of Steel Mill of two rolling mills.



Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators.
- I served as Project Head (Engineering) for the entire service tenure in this. Major achievement during my tenure was erection & Commissioning of 02 Nos. Induction Furnace& three Strand. Con. Cast.
- Responsible for handling the Expansion of projects hot rolling TMT bar mill ( 510mm 3hi mill with 14 stand continuous)
- Responsible for handling the Expansion of projects CCM 6/11 two stand high speed 3.5 MPM, 110*110 with automation.
- Online hot charging conveyors designs, detailing and implements of high speed length 250 meters for Conveyor Caster to rolling mill.
- Responsible for Project planning, Engineering & Procurement coordination, site & construction management, vendor development.
- Ensure the regular meeting and preparation of MIS reports to E.D
