Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



client interactions, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and a learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
