About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Deputy Manager / Manager – Treasury
to manage and strengthen the organization's treasury operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange transactions, LC/BG management, banking relationships, treasury risk management, and financial reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positions and ensure optimum liquidity across bank accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts.
- Optimize working capital and cash utilization.
- Handle intercompany funding and cash pooling activities.
- Manage Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, procurement, logistics, and internal stakeholders for treasury operations.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate banking facilities, pricing, interest rates, and treasury-related services.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and execute hedging strategies.
- Manage currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks in line with treasury policies.
- Prepare treasury reports, cash flow analysis, and management MIS.
- Support month-end closing, audits, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CA, or B.Com with relevant treasury experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Operations and Cash Management.
- Experience in Foreign Exchange (FX), Hedging, LC/BG, and Banking Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, MS Excel, and Treasury Management Tools.
- Understanding of inward remittances, working capital management, and financ
