Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused, and energetic Tour Manager to accompany domestic and international tour groups. The Tour Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless tour execution, handling guests throughout the journey, coordinating with vendors, resolving on-tour issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing Bandhan Tours & Travels.

Key Responsibilities

Tour Execution
- Accompany tour groups for domestic and international departures.
- Ensure smooth execution of the complete itinerary.




- Conduct pre-departure briefings for guests.
- Manage hotel check-ins/check-outs and transfers.
- Coordinate transportation, sightseeing, meals, and activities as per the itinerary.
- Ensure tours operate on schedule while maintaining high service standards.

Guest Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for all guests during the tour.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Build strong rapport with guests to enhance their overall travel experience.

Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local guides, restaurants, and destination partners.
- Ensure all services are delivered as per agreed standards.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize guest inconvenience.
