- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements to maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and promoting open communication among team members.
- Oversee plant HR operations including recruitment, training & development, performance management, and compensation administration.

Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the auto components industry.
- Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
