JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function of our HR Consultancy. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, policy implementation, and organizational development while driving business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage the overall HR operations of the organization.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee internal recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
- Mentor and guide the HR team to achieve departmental goals and improve performance.
- Coordinate with business development and recruitment teams to ensure efficient resource planning and client support.
- Identify training needs and drive learning and development initiatives.




- Support leadership in succession planning, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and HR analytics/reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
