Role Summary

Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between the ServiceNow platform and enterprise systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange across the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (SAP, HR, identity, monitoring, and mobile platforms)
- Build and maintain APIs and flows using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services, and scripted APIs
- Develop and manage inbound/outbound integrations including import sets, transform maps, and data sources
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, SAML, mutual TLS, API keys)
- Work with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Boomi) where required
- Ensure end-to-end integration testing, error handling,



logging, and data reconciliation
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot failures across environments
- Document integration designs, interface specifications, and support runbooks

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of IT experience with a robust focus on ServiceNow integrations
- Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs)
- Hands-on experience with OAuth2/SAML and enterprise security standards
- Knowledge of SAP data structures (IDoc/BAPI) and middleware platforms preferred
- Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
- ServiceNow CSA required; CIS or CAD certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
