Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator

Location: Global Indian International School, Pride World City, Charholi, Pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator to lead and manage the early years curriculum, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and supervise Pre-Primary curriculum and lesson delivery
- Guide and mentor teachers to maintain high teaching standards
- Monitor student development and learning outcomes
- Ensure age-appropriate pedagogy and classroom practices
- Conduct parent interactions and address concerns
- Organize events, activities, and assessments
- Maintain academic records and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Education or relevant field
- Minimum 4- 8 years of experience in Pre-Primary coordination
- Solid understanding of early childhood education
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
