Role Description
The Senior Graphics Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, brand collateral, presentations, and patient education materials. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, operations,



and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency, develop design guidelines, and support strategic initiatives. Daily tasks include creating high-quality layouts, illustrations, and infographics; preparing files for print and digital production; managing multiple projects and deadlines; and ensuring all visuals align with GD’s patient-centric values.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in visual design, layout, and typography using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience in branding and identity design, including development of brand guidelines, logos, and consistent visual systems across channels.
- Proficiency in digital design for web and social media, including responsive assets, marketing creatives, banners, and campaign materials.
