Job Purpose:
The job purpose of a Shift Engineer - Cluster - Wet Chemistry in cell process is to oversee and optimize the wet chemistry processes involved in preparing silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing. This role focuses on ensuring precise chemical handling,



process efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and quality control measures, essential for producing high-performance solar cells with optimal efficiency and reliability. This role involves ensuring accurate control over silicon removal and cleaning parameters, maintaining parameters uniformity, troubleshooting technical issues, work on completion of already defined DOEs on reflection, silicon removal, BOM (additives and process chemicals) and report compilation.

Responsibilities
Safety and Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.

Process Oversight
- Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to
