Maintenance Fitter – Mascot 5057 Raymond Mill & MTW-175 Mill

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, and Routine Maintenance of Mascot 5057 Raymond Mill and MTW-175 Grinding Mill.

Maintenance and overhauling of grinding rollers, grinding rings, main shaft, classifier, gearbox, blower, ID fan, cyclone, bag filter, rotary air valve (RAV), screw conveyors, and bucket elevators.

Bearing replacement, shaft fitting, pulley alignment, coupling fitting, belt replacement, and lubrication activities.

Inspection, servicing, and replacement of mechanical components during planned shutdowns.

Valuable knowledge of mill spare parts, identification, inspection, and replacement planning.

Assembly and dismantling of major mill components.





Coordination with production team to minimize equipment downtime.

Maintaining maintenance records and following plant safety procedures.
