Role Description
The Manpower Hiring Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Talegaon. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and deployment of manpower for industrial, housekeeping, and staff solutions, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with internal teams and client stakeholders.



The Manpower Hiring Manager will manage workforce planning, maintain candidate pipelines, oversee onboarding and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with operations teams to understand staffing requirements, maintaining hiring metrics and reports, liaising with training and NAPS/NATS coordinators, and addressing workforce-related issues to support smooth service delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment processes for industrial and service roles.
- Experience managing large volumes of hiring, including scheduling interviews, coordinating selection decisions, and overseeing onboarding and documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices related to workforce management and industrial staffing.
