Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida, working primarily with the US market during night shifts. The Freight Broker will identify and secure freight opportunities, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure bookings are completed accurately and on time.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating dispatch activities, tracking shipments, resolving service issues, and maintaining clear communication with carriers and customers. The role also involves building and managing accounts, updating load boards and internal systems, and collaborating with operations and customer service teams to deliver high-quality logistics support. Candidates should be ready for an immediate start and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage, including negotiating rates, securing capacity, and managing end-to-end load execution.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to handle inquiries, build long-term relationships, and support client retention.
