Responsibilties

· Conducting thorough background verification of candidates for educational qualifications, address verification, KYC documents and employment verification.

· Contacting educational institutions to obtain further information on candidates' academic records.

· Preparing and presenting detailed verification reports to the HR department.

· Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to background verification.

· Maintaining accurate records of verification checks and outcomes.

· Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

· Collating the Data reports of address verification, employment verification, KYC reports, criminal reports and educational reports.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree





· Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role

· Solid attention to detail and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and appropriately

Skills:

· Proficient with MS Office & good keyboard skills.

· Good written communication in English.

· Ability to understand report structure as per client requirements.

· Documentation and maintenance of daily reports.

· Works closely with end-users to gather report requirements and ensure proper validation.

· Modification of existing reports as per the requirement.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
