Role Description
This is a full-time Intern role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support day-to-day operational tasks, assist with data collection and basic analysis, and help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities may include coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements under the guidance of senior staff. The intern will also participate in meetings,



observe client interactions where appropriate, and complete assigned project work within defined timelines.

Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and apply guidance to practical tasks and projects.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing).
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Gurugram.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in consumer services, operations, and customer experience; prior internship experience is an advantage but not required.
