Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking a responsible, professional, and self-motivated individual to join the Gas Turbine R&D;, Gurgaon as “Gas Turbine R&D;: Manager, Product Engineering and Project Management Office”.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energetic, global product development & service environment.

In this role you organize, coordinate, and control business activities for Gas Turbine product development including modernization and upgrade of products as part of a global Engineering environment. You lead, develop,



and motivate a group of dedicated employees to achieve and exceed challenging targets.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:
- Guide and support your team comprising of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Product Development and Operations Engineers in Leading/Executing Gas Turbine Product Development Projects and activities.
- Drive and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving Quality of deliverables, responsiveness, productivity, and expertise.
- Stakeholder management with Products and PMO Global team, SPEL India Management Team and Internal partners within Gas Services Product Development. Develop and leverage relationships within and across teams and/or organizational units to achieve results.
