Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bikaner. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for Dunes Factory’s products and services, including software, digital marketing, CRM, billing, printing, and social media tools. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs. The role also includes managing and growing existing accounts, preparing proposals and quotes, coordinating with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities in company systems. The Business Development Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets, contribute to business growth strategies, and represent the company professionally at client meetings and local events.

Qualifications
- Ability to drive Current Business Development and Lead Generation,



including prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity qualification.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate agreements.
- Solid understanding of Business and commercial concepts, with the ability to align solutions to client needs and market trends.
- Account Management skills to nurture client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT, software, or digital marketing services.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, track activities, and report performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in an on-site
