Your impact

A well-motivated and creative Post Graduate/Graduate Engineer with excellent numerical, logical, and analytical abilities who is interested in building a career in Engineering, Planning, or Design Consulting on multidisciplinary engineering projects.

The Apprentice Program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training within live projects. Apprentices will work closely with Jacobs' senior professionals and project managers, gaining exposure to technical practices, project delivery processes, and organizational culture.





This position is an Apprentice role under the Government of India’s Apprentices Act, 1961, and is part of a structured 1-year training program. As per the regulations and eligibility criteria prescribed under the Act, Jacobs is required to adhere to the government-mandated guidelines for apprentice engagement. Therefore, it is mandatory for all applicants to meet the specified eligibility requirements.

The successful candidate will support engineering and design activities with multidisciplinary domestic and global teams, including:

Support the implementation of Technical Excellence guidelines for project delivery.

Support teams involved in the preparation of design deliverables, 3D models, reports, drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and project reviews.

Apply engineering principles, company standards, and industry best practices to assigned tasks.
