Job Summary

The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the distributor and dealer network, identifying new business opportunities,



and ensuring sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Automotive Spare Parts Aftermarket Sales, Channel Management, and Territory Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving profitable business growth.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Expand the company's presence by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, mechanics, workshops, fleet operators, and key customers.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide continuous support to improve sales productivity.
