Job Description - Senior Social Media Strategist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist with solid experience in personal branding. The ideal candidate should understand how to build and grow the personal brands of founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders across LinkedIn and Instagram.

This role involves creating growth strategies, managing the social media team, improving content performance, and ensuring content is published consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute personal branding strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Define content positioning, themes, audience, tone, and growth plans.
- Plan posts, reels, carousels, stories, and founder-led content.
- Manage the social media team and coordinate with writers, designers, and editors.
- Review content quality and ensure it matches the personal brand.
- Manage content calendars and ensure regular publishing.
- Track page performance and improve strategy based on data.




- Research trends, competitors, and platform updates.

Requirements
- Proven experience in personal branding strategy and execution.
- Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, creators, or business leaders.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth.
- Ability to manage social media pages and creative teams.
- Good understanding of content planning, positioning, analytics, and optimisation.
- Strong communication, ownership, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience growing a personal brand page within a short period.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn thought leadership and Instagram reels.
- Ability to create content systems and campaign ideas.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
