Role Description
This full time, on-site Moveworks Developer role is based in Chennai and focuses on building and maintaining intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions on the Moveworks platform. The Moveworks Developer will design, configure, and optimize workflows, bots,
and integrations to streamline IT and business support experiences for internal users. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, developing and testing Moveworks skills and use cases, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and contributing to best practices and governance standards for conversational AI and automation within IFF. The developer will work closely with IT, HR, and other business teams to ensure Moveworks solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
