Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key decision-makers, and expanding Woodwiser’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing,



product specifications, and delivery timelines, while tracking performance metrics and reporting on business development activities. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent Woodwiser professionally at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
- Experience in negotiation, contract management, and closing deals within building materials, interiors, or related industries.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
