Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead iQuanta's end-to-end growth function. You will own Revenue, Admissions, Customer Acquisition, Brand Growth, Organic Growth, Marketing ROI, and Product Adoption across all business verticals.

This role requires a growth leader who combines data, creativity, consumer psychology, and execution to build scalable growth systems, not just marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:




- Define and execute the overall growth strategy.
- Own Google, Meta, YouTube, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Drive SEO, Organic Growth, CRO, and website performance.
- Lead Brand Marketing, Product Launches, PR, Founder Branding, and Moment Marketing.
- Scale Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Community Growth.
- Own CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and Marketing Automation.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels through data, attribution, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Social Media, CRM, Creative, Video, Website, Community, and Influencer Marketing.
- Develop scalable SOPs, dashboards, automation, and high-performance marketing systems.
