As State Manager,



you will operate as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence — running your own Company as a Office Hub Licensee for your designated state(s) across India. You will have full P&L; ownership, the freedom to build your own team, set your own pace, and create a high-growth business backed by a globally proven brand, a world-class technology platform, and the support of an international team. The business is built, our Flex partners are onboard and leads are flowing. What we need now is a local legend to carry on the partner relations and manage our clients versatile office needs in that state.India's flexible workspace market is booming. Cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Pune, and Chennai are seeing explosive demand from startups, MNCs, and remote-first teams. You will be at the epicentre of this revolution — and the business you build is yours to keep growing.
