We are looking for a Technical Sales & Application Support Manager for a US based Industrial Safety Company

DEPARTMENT: Operations & Business Development

REPORTING TO: Country Head

LOCATION: Bangalore, India

EXPERIENCE: 8 - 12 years (10+ years preferred)

Technical Sales, Application & Bid Support
- Support Business Development and Sales teams during customer engagements. • Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations. • Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and provide application engineering support. • Prepare technical presentations, compliance matrices, bid documentation, techno-commercial proposals, and costing summaries. • Coordinate with global engineering teams, OEMs, and alliance partners on technical clarifications and customer specific requirements. • Support proof-of-concept evaluations, customer trials, technical seminars, trade shows, and training programs. • Build robust technical relationships with customers and act as a trusted engineering advisor.



• Manage tender submissions through GeM, CPP Portal, and other customer procurement portals, including post bid clarifications and negotiations.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Perform incoming inspection of materials and verify compliance with specifications, drawings, datasheets, and quality standards. • Review inspection reports, MTCs, calibration certificates, and quality documentation. • Raise NCRs, coordinate corrective actions with suppliers, and maintain inspection records.

Vendor Quality & Documentation
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers, coordinate vendor audits, and monitor supplier quality performance. • Prepare and maintain QAPs, ITPs, inspection checklists, certifications, and project quality records. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements.
