Role Summary

Manage end-to-end procurement operations to ensure uninterrupted supply, optimize costs, maintain optimal inventory levels, and drive supplier performance while ensuring compliance with procurement processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Management: Ensure timely PO release and material availability. Coordinate with vendors, resolve supply gaps, and mitigate supply risks. Manage procurement for NPD, exports, and MTO.

Cost Management: Monitor market trends, lead RFQs and negotiations, finalize pricing, and track rebates, savings, and price variances.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, reduce non/slow-moving stock, enable stock transfers, and resolve rejections.

Process Compliance: Ensure RFQ/PO compliance, maintain master data, adhere to policies, and drive digital adoption/system improvements.

Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, resolve queries, monitor performance,



and support sustainability compliance.

Sourcing Support: Assist with vendor onboarding and ensure RFQ-to-PO timelines.

Quality Management: Resolve quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and track CAPA closure.

Qualifications

Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience in Procurement/Supply Chain

Batch 2023 from NITIE, SIBM Pune, IIT SJSOM
