Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Community Manager located in Chennai. As a Community Manager, you will develop and execute community engagement strategies to enhance brand interactions and foster loyal customer relationships. You will monitor and manage online platforms, create engaging content, nurture relationships within the community,



and address member inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibility includes collaborating with internal teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals, analyzing community engagement metrics, and identifying innovative opportunities for community growth and impact.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement
- Proficiency in analytics tools to assess community performance and insights
- Ability to develop and execute community strategies and align them with brand goals
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address queries with responsiveness and professionalism
- Prior experience in brand marketing, public relations, or customer engagement is a plus
- Knowledge of the latest trends in social media and online communities
