Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining sales documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations,



proposals, and order processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Track customer orders and follow up on pending quotations and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM/database.
- Assist in preparing presentations, contracts, and sales-related documents.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through efficient coordination.
- Schedule meetings and maintain sales calendars.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Sales Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoi
