Role Description

The Shop Employee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves welcoming customers, answering product-related questions, and providing informed guidance on Rushabh Organics’ wellness offerings. Daily responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized,



and visually appealing. The Shop Employee will assist with receiving and storing inventory, following food and beverage handling standards, and operating basic equipment as needed. The role also includes supporting promotional activities, learning about new products, and contributing to a friendly, service-oriented shop environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on courteous, attentive, and helpful interaction.
- Sales abilities, including product recommendation, upselling, and accurate handling of cash or digital transactions.
- Experience or training in Food & Beverage, including basic hygiene, product handling, and presentation standards.
- Ability to learn and follow Training guidelines and standard operating procedures for shop operations.
- Basic Forklift Operation or other stock-handling experience is an advantage for managing inventory and deliveries.
