Role Description
The Assistant Coffee Roaster is a full-time, in office role based in Panchkula. This role supports the roasting team in daily operations, including preparing green coffee, operating roasting equipment under guidance, monitoring roast profiles, and ensuring consistent quality standards.



The Assistant Coffee Roaster will help with cupping sessions, tasting and evaluating batches, maintaining roasting logs, and implementing quality control procedures. Responsibilities also include cleaning and maintaining roasting and production areas, packaging roasted coffee, labeling orders, and assisting with inventory management. The role may involve supporting training sessions for clients or team members, communicating effectively with the roasting and operations teams, and contributing ideas to improve processes and products.

Qualifications
- Ability to work with Coffee Roasting processes and Specialty Coffee, with interest in learning roast profiles and flavor development.
- Skills in Quality Control and sensory evaluation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
