Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support and coach cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital products and services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement, while helping teams maximize value delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires strong facilitation and coaching skills, the ability to work across multiple providers and stakeholders, and an interest in digital business areas such as Online Marketing combined with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, collaboration, and accountability.



Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery. Support backlog refinement, sprint goal definition, and release planning activities. Monitor and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools. Promote cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, external providers, and business stakeholders. Drive organizational agility and support Agile transformation initiatives where required. Encourage experimentation, innovation, and adoption of modern delivery practices. Facilitate conflict resolution and help create a psychologically safe workplace. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
