We're looking for a Venture Analyst who is passionate about startups, innovation, and venture capital, and enjoys working directly with founders to evaluate and accelerate high-potential companies.

Role Overview

As a Venture Analyst, you'll be responsible for sourcing startups, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, supporting portfolio companies, and assisting with accelerator operations. You'll work closely with founders, mentors, investors, and the leadership team to identify and build the next generation of successful startups.

Key ResponsibilitiesStartup Sourcing
- Identify promising early-stage startups.




- Build relationships with founders, incubators, accelerators, and university entrepreneurship cells.
- Manage startup outreach and application pipelines.

Startup Evaluation
- Review startup applications and pitch decks.
- Analyze business models, market opportunities, competitive landscape, and product-market fit.
- Conduct founder interviews and prepare investment summaries.

Market & Industry Research
- Research emerging industries and technology trends.
- Conduct market sizing and competitor analysis.
- Identify investment opportunities across different sectors.

Due Diligence
- Evaluate financials, business metrics, and growth potential.
- Assess risks and validate assumptions.
- Support investment recommendation reports.

Portfolio Support
- Work with accelerator startups on strategy, operations, GTM, and fundraising preparation.
- Track startup milestones and KPIs.
