Job Description / Responsibilities
- Plan & execute production for PET line, blow moulding, and jar lines
- Run Blow Moulding machines (preforms to bottles) efficiently with minimal wastage
- Achieve daily output targets & improve line OEE
- Lead supervisors, operators, technicians & shift manpower
- Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance for all line equipment
- Oversee utilities: RO plant, UV, Ozone, Compressor, Chiller, DG Set
- Monitor solar plant performance & energy savings
- Maintain daily MIS: hourly output, downtime, wastage, utilities
- Ensure hygiene, GMP, jar sanitation & safety compliance
- Coordinate with QA, Stores, Maintenance & GM Operations

Desired profile of the candidate
- 7 to 12+ years in beverage/packaged drinking water/FMCG production
- Solid technical knowledge of blow moulding & PET bottling
- Hands-on leader with good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage manpower in multiple shifts
- Strong reporting, discipline, and operational ownership
- Ready to relocate and take full responsibility of daily operations
