About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated CFD Engineer with expertise in STAR-CCM+, SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems, and automotive exhaust aftertreatment systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing CFD simulations, analyzing flow and thermal behavior, and supporting the development of emission control solutions for automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CFD simulations and analysis using STAR-CCM+ for automotive exhaust and aftertreatment systems.
- Analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, mixing efficiency, and pressure drop within exhaust components.
- Support the development and optimization of SCR systems, DEF/Urea injection strategies, and emission reduction technologies.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of exhaust system components including mixers, catalysts, DOC, DPF, and SCR units.




- Develop simulation methodologies and validate results against experimental data.
- Collaborate with design, product development, and validation teams to deliver optimized engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, simulation documentation, and engineering presentations.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations based on simulation findings.
- Support project planning, execution, and timely delivery of engineering activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related discipline.
- 37 years of experience in CFD analysis within the automotive industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with STAR-CCM+.
- Positive understanding of SCR systems, exhaust aftertreatment, and emission control technologies.
- Experience in fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal analysis.
- Knowledge of automotive
