Role Summary

The Resource Augmentation Intern will support the recruitment and staffing team in identifying, screening, and coordinating suitable candidates for client requirements. The intern will work closely with recruiters, internal teams, vendors, candidates, and client representatives to support the complete resource augmentation process.

Key Responsibilities
- Review job descriptions and understand client requirements, skills, experience,



location, notice period, and budget.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, training institutes, and qualified networks.
- Perform initial screening of candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication ability, salary expectations, and availability.
- Contact candidates through telephone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Explain job opportunities, client details, work location, employment terms, and interview processes to candidates.
- Obtain updated resumes and necessary candidate information.
- Maintain candidate databases, sourcing trackers, interview schedules, and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining status.
