Role Purpose We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive secondary sales, strengthen market coverage, and expand the distributor and retailer network within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Execute the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) effectively. Develop and manage distributor and retailer relationships. Drive secondary sales through regular market visits and order booking. Ensure product availability and effective market distribution. Identify and onboard new retailers to expand market reach. Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights with the management team.



Candidate Requirements Graduate with 1 3 years of field sales experience. Experience in Home Textiles, Apparel, Hosiery, FMCG, or Consumer Durables is preferred. Solid communication and relationship management skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
