? What You’ll Do
- Manage CRM by replying to all customer DMs with clarity, warmth, and speed.
- Onboard creators into Stylecrew, Oyela’s creator program that’s featured on our Instagram.
- Post real customer testimonials on stories to strengthen trust and social proof.
- Handle hate or negative comments gracefully to protect and uplift Oyela’s online reputation.




- Collect positive organic reviews from DMs and maintain a clean, trackable record for website uploads.
- Engage with the community by commenting on every post where Oyela is tagged to drive visibility and connection.

? What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management and community building.
- Strong understanding of Instagram’s fashion ecosystem - creators, trends, hooks, formats.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, brand-protected tone.
- Comfort with fast-paced content calendars and daily posting cycles.
