Lead the HR function for Sunil Group’s multi‑brand dealerships, driving talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR systems across all locations. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution to support business growth, improve employee experience, and ensure consistent HR practices across brands (Tata Motors, Ather, Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland).

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

Develop and implement a consolidated HR strategy aligned with group business objectives and dealership growth plans.

Act as a strategic partner to business heads, providing HR guidance to Sales, Service, Parts and After‑sales functions.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for multi‑location hiring (leadership, sales, service, spare parts, bodyshop, CX), including campus drives, social hiring and agency management.

Ensure a consistent, productive onboarding process and induction for current hires across locations.

Performance Management & Talent Development





Implement performance appraisal systems, goal‑setting processes, and career progression frameworks.

Identify training needs; design and manage technical, product and leadership development programs, including coordination with OEM training where applicable.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Maintain healthy industrial and employee relations; handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally and impartially.

Drive engagement initiatives (town halls, reward & recognition, welfare activities) to reduce attrition and improve morale.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight

Design and administer compensation structures, incentive plans, attendance & leave policies, and statutory perks.

Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing (can be managed centrally or via external payroll vendors).
