Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice calls and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, account information, and general support.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass or equivalent. Graduation is not mandatory.
- Positive English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Work Schedule
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as per business requirements.
