Purpose/Objective

The Manager – Projects will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing healthcare infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
The role involves managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the development of world-class healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination - Execute healthcare infrastructure projects including hospitals, specialty centers, diagnostic facilities, and ancillary healthcare buildings.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to approved timelines.
- Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, interiors, and medical infrastructure activities.
- Track project progress and proactively address execution challenges.
Design & Technical Management - Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with architects, healthcare planners, consultants, and contractors.




- Ensure compliance with operational and functional requirements of healthcare facilities.
Project Monitoring & Reporting - Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Support risk identification and implementation of mitigation measures.
Cost & Budget Control - Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Review contractor bills, work certifications, and variation orders.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Liaise with internal departments including Procurement, Finance, Operations, Biomedical Engineering, and Facilities Management.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
