Role Overview

The IT Support Analyst (L1+) Asset, On-Boarding & Invoicing will be responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks related to IT asset management, recent employee on-boarding support, and vendor invoice processing. This role is a step above standard L1 and requires the ability to independently handle end-to-end sub-processes, manage exceptions, and coordinate with internal teams without constant supervision. The analyst will support the Manager in driving process efficiency and accuracy across the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory database with accurate records of all hardware and software assets.
- Process IT asset requests – issuance, transfer, and returns – as per defined SOPs.
- Support the end-to-end IT on-boarding process for new hires – device allocation, account provisioning, software installation, and access setup.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for on-boarding schedules and IT kit delivery timelines.
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, delivery challans, and service agreements.




- Highlight discrepancies and escalate to the Manager for resolution; maintain invoice trackers.
- Perform periodic physical audits of IT assets across Gurgaon office premises.
- Raise procurement requests and coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of IT equipment.
- Support off-boarding process – asset retrieval, data wiping, and system decommission.
- Generate reports and dashboards on asset utilization, on-boarding TAT, and invoice processing status.
- Handle user queries related to assets, on-boarding, or invoice status through the ITSM tool.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely closures of open action items.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or IT service desk.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools or ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or similar).
