As a Supervisor, Finance Business Partnering at ICON, you will oversee the finance business partnering function, ensuring effective financial support and strategic insights for clinical projects.

What You Will Do:

You will manage day-to-day finance and financial management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing the finance business partnering team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for clinical trials and projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical operations, and senior leadership,



to provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
- Implementing and monitoring financial controls and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting career development and a culture of continuous improvement in financial business partnering.
- Analyzing financial performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
