Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executives to drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build trust with customers from the first interaction until possession.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify leads from walk-ins, digital campaigns, channel partners, and referrals.

* Contact prospects and schedule project presentations and site visits.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.





* Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and offers.

* Conduct professional site visits and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

* Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups.

* Negotiate within company policies and convert inquiries into bookings.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

* Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and marketing teams for seamless customer service.

* Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor offerings.

* Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
