Role & responsibilities
- To register incoming lead/enquiry received through email, call, web, etc.
- To prepare and send offers / tenders to customers.
- To timely and accurately reply to customers on Techno-Commercial queries
- To review customer Purchase orders and highlight any discrepancies to Manager
- Preparing and sending sales/work orders to works
- To co-ordinate with factory, Purchase, and customers for timely dispatch of the orders
- To co-ordinate with factory, Purchase, and customers for timely dispatch of the orders
- To carry out timely payment follow up
- To prepare, update and timely submission of all MIS reports
- To obtain Customer satisfaction reports immediately on Execution of each order
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP, Ability to read & understand technical documents & drawings.
- Hands on experience in pumps/valves/mechanical seals/motor/gearboxes
