Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst & Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business needs, customer requirements, and product development teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, product ownership, Agile delivery, requirement gathering, backlog management, and process improvement.
This role requires someone who can understand business problems, convert them into transparent product requirements, prioritize features based on business value, manage product backlog, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality product increments.
The candidate will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, design, QA, sales, customer support, operations, and other stakeholders to drive product improvements and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership & Backlog Management




- Own and manage the product backlog by understanding business goals, customer needs, and product priorities.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain product features, enhancements, and improvements.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements.
- Apply prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW (Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, Won't Have) to maximize business value.
- Make effective product trade-off decisions considering customer impact, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Ensure backlog items are properly refined, prioritized, and ready for development.

2. Business Requirement Analysis & Documentation
- Gather requirements from leadership, customers, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business problems and convert them into clear product/software requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation including:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- User Storie
