Job Title: Student Placement Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate placement activities for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and recruiters.
- Schedule interviews, campus drives, and placement events.
- Guide students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness.
- Coordinate training sessions on aptitude, communication, soft skills, and interview preparation.
- Maintain student placement records, MIS reports, and recruiter databases.
- Coordinate internships, industry visits, and live projects.




- Work closely with faculty and department heads to ensure students are placement-ready.
- Follow up with recruiters and students throughout the placement process.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the education or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in student services, placement coordination, HR, recruitment, or training.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
