Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
- As part of India risk management team, you are required to work towards firm s compliance, risk management policies, regulatory requirements, data protection and data loss prevention including testing of data blocks and managing exceptions, handling data incidents , data retention and disposition, compliance matters, mandatory RM learnings, enterprise risk management and risk management communications.
- Risk management, data governance, and compliance o Support reviews of data governance, data incidents, and related controls. o Assist in identifying risks, control gaps, and compliance considerations across different use cases and scenarios. o Contribute to firmwide data protection, retention, and disposition activities. o Help assess and monitor risks associated with AI, automation tools, and emerging technologies used in internal operations and client engagements.
- Data analytics and reporting o Use Excel and Power BI to extract, organize, analyze,



and validate data across reports and tools. o Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, dashboards, and management review materials.
- Other Areas o Work on risk management tools to manage requests and operational updates. o Drive compliance for mandatory risk management learnings. o Maintain risk and exception trackers for monitoring, follow-up, and reporting purposes. o Coordinate with internal stakeholders for pending inputs and closure of open items. o Prepare communication and awareness mailers as a measure to enhance process improvements and compliance requirements

Skills and attributes

Qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Master of Commerce
- Master of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience
- Risk Management , 2+ years
- Data Protection, DPDP, 2+ years
